This week’s London and postal treats:
I spied Cat Food Bakes on Helen Graves Instagram stories and impulse-purchased her May box of treats with the cereal theme. I LOVED the cornflake brownie. I’m pretty sure it was made using Heist chocolate.
Radio Lamington still make the best classic Leamington I’ve ever had. They’re baking special editions for the Queen’s Jubilee: strawberries and cream plus gin and elderflower. (GIFT)
Darlish Ice Cream just reopened in Covent Garden. Get the Sticky Taffini – sesame ice cream with hunks of sticky toffee cake. I hear good things about the hazelnut too.
Tiramisu Bun from Buns for Home – the croissant pastry is incredible and this was full of silky custard flavoured with marsala wine and included two coffee-soaked savioardi biscuits. Go.
